About us
Eterna started with Xana, a black-and-white shih-tzu who used to sleep on my bed while I was working on artificial intelligence projects in Switzerland.
I had a nagging theory: if AI could paint portraits of invented characters, why couldn't it paint a recognisable portrait of someone's specific pet? I tested it with Xana for months. It produced dogs. But not her. The muzzle marking was off, the angle of the ears was wrong, the look I know by heart wasn't there.
Until it was.
Eterna is the result of that work. We don't sell an Instagram filter or an automatic template. We sell the specific portrait of your pet, made with a finely-tuned AI model, printed on cotton canvas and shipped to your home. Every order is reviewed by a human before printing: if you don't recognise your dog or cat, we redo it free.
What we care about
Identity preserved. The core promise is simple: you recognise your pet at first glance. If you don't, it isn't finished.
Real finish. 340 gsm cotton canvas, stretched on a 3.8 cm wooden frame. Giclée printing that lasts decades. Produced in Europe, shipped tracked.
Honesty. We don't promise an "identical" portrait — AI interprets, it doesn't copy. We promise a portrait that looks like your pet and that looks beautiful on your wall.

Hector Cabrera Feijoo, founder. Engineer, based in Switzerland for years, owner of Xana. Eterna operates under Cabrera Feijoo Consulting, sole proprietorship registered in the canton of Vaud (CHE-271.164.828).

Eterna was born in Switzerland out of pragmatism: it is where I live and where the company is registered. We started serving Spain; today we ship to 18+ countries across Europe, the UK, the US, Canada and Australia — always with the same care for every order.

Your canvas is made and shipped from the partner closest to your home: within the EU for Europe, within the UK for British customers, within North America for the US and Canada, within Oceania for Australia.
