What counts as "good"? Face visible, natural light, pet alone or at least with the face uncovered. Avoid motion blur and very dark photos.
02 · Pick a style
Fifteen artistic styles, all validated. If you hesitate, start with Charcoal — it's the most universal.

03 · Receive it at home
In about 30 seconds our AI has the portrait ready. We send you an email preview so you can approve it.
Once approved, we print it on 340 gsm cotton canvas, stretched on a 3.8 cm frame. Delivered in 3-7 business days across the EU, tracked — many customers receive it in 48-72 hours.
What if the portrait isn't convincing?
We redo it free. No questions. Our commitment is simple: if you don't recognise your pet, it isn't finished.
