How does it work exactly?
You upload a photo of your pet. We use an AI model called Flux Kontext that preserves the identity of the face and translates it into the artistic style you choose. We quickly check it's recognisable, print it on canvas, and ship it to you.
What kind of photo should I upload?
A frontal or slightly profile photo with good lighting and the face clearly visible. Phone photos are fine. Avoid very dark, blurry, or partially covered photos.
Can I request a style different from the 15 available?
Not for now. The 15 styles are validated one by one to work with any pet. We'll open more styles as we roll them out.
What if the result doesn't look like my pet?
Write to us. We redo it free with another photo or a style tweak. Our commitment is simple: if you don't recognise it, it isn't finished.
What size is the canvas?
40 × 50 cm, portrait orientation. Fits almost any wall — neither small nor overwhelming.
Where do you ship?
Across the entire European Union. UK, Switzerland, Norway and other non-EU European countries are coming soon.
How long does shipping take?
3-7 business days from payment. 48-72 hours production in our European network + 2-3 days tracked transport. Many customers receive it in 48-72 hours total.
Can I order more than one?
Of course. Each has its own photo. If you want several for a gallery wall, message us first and we'll help.
Do I need to sign an AI consent?
By uploading the photo you confirm you have the rights to do so. We don't train our model on your photos and we don't share them. Details in our AI consent.
What happens to my photo after you're done?
We use it to generate the portrait, keep it for 30 days in case we need to redo it, and then delete it. See Privacy policy.
Can you do portraits of people, or only pets?
For now only pets — dogs and cats. That's where the model works best. We're testing other animals: write to us.
